Return window
Sample policy: unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Final eligibility rules will be confirmed before sales open.

Start a return
Contact Aura with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Condition
Items should be unused, clean, and include all original parts and packaging. Personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items may be excluded.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping costs and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
